1. For confirmed booking 50% ADVANCE to be paid at the time of Booking as a non refundable /non adjustable advance against which money receipt will be issued. Balance 50% Payment to be made at least 30 days before the programme, otherwise the advance paid will be forfeited due to non adherence of payment schedule.

2. All Payments by A/c payee / Cheque /RTGS/NEFT favoring “ Calcutta Boating and Hotel Resorts Pvt. Ltd.

3 We provide Valet driver facilities. Clients guests must ensure all valuables are taken out before handing over Car keys to drivers. Company shall not be responsible for any item if found missing.

4. Management will not be responsible for any theft, burglary accident or breakdown of AC Plant and/or any facility provided.

5 Advance against Booking are NON REFUNDABLE. In the event of cancellation or postponement, if sought, and informed in writing 60 days before the event date may be considered, however the same may be adjusted within SIX months against new booking provided the said date is free.

In case of last minute shifting of venue from one place to another due to rain, thunderstorm, accident or natural calamity etc. permission may be granted subject to availability of venue (within Calcutta Boating Complex), However the full charges for the new venue Along with the allied charges i.e. Decorator, Florist, electrical Decoration etc. have to be paid in full before the actual shifting of venue. Moreover the charges paid for the initial venue shall be forfeited and will not be refundable/adjustable under any circumstances.

6. Consumption and service of Alcohol in our premises is strictly prohibited.

7. Kitchen facilities would be provided from 6 Am onwards on the date of Booking. All utensils and other accessories should be cleared by the Caterers latest by 2:00 AM the following day.

8. A charge of Rs 10,000 on account of Kitchen & Ground Cleaning will be levied.

9. Music Allowed as per Govt. specification & permission (PPL/IPRS & NOVEX/) Etc. All the necessary licenses have to be obtained by the client.

10. Music beyond 10 pm will NOT be allowed in Open areas.

11. We have a generator facility basically to run the power in designated areas . The client needs to hire a generator set as required for the purpose of the Event being organized by them or their authorized persons.

12. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

13. Govt. Taxes will be charged extra as applicable.

14. KMC amusement Tax will be borne by the client.
